Do you accept insurance?

I am an out of network provider. I can provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What payment type is accepted?

Payment is due at the time of service. You can securely pay through the booking system (via Stripe) or with cash.

Do I need a referral from my child’s physician?

No. You can be seen for physical therapy without a physician’s referral. If you need care beyond 12 visits or 45 days (whichever comes first), then you need to be seen by a physician..

Where will my appointment take place?

Typically, sessions take place in the child’s home. However, I am happy to meet at a local park or similar location with advance notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to appointment, you will be charged a 50% of total rate cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours or day of appointment, you will be charged 100% of the session.
